Our mission at Spinks Veterinary Clinic is to understand your pet needs and provide accurate guidance. Through telehealth, we can offer advice and help manage numerous health concerns for your beloved pet. Although we are unable to address all illnesses and injuries remotely, we can assist with determining the urgency of a situation and deciding whether your pet requires immediate care or can wait to see us or your regular veterinarian.

Spinks Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned and operated veterinary practice led by husband and wife team Macgregor and Tanja. They're honoured to be serving families in the Toronto neighbourhood where Macgregor grew up. As well as striving to provide the best patient care possible, they have always put a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with their clients based on open communication, compassion and transparency. They treat every patient as an individual and it is their goal to ensure that each one of their clients are able to make informed decisions when it comes to the management and care of their beloved pets. Once in the application, select your preferred communication channel (video, phone, or message) and select an available time slot. For messages, a time slot is not needed and we typically respond within 24 hours.
Our unique communication system provides a high quality video chat with a veterinarian within the browser on your phone or desktop, no app install required! If you don`t have camera, we will call you on the phone!
We provide a written summary of your consultation that`s available for you viewing at any time.
